Disputes are handled professionally to protect both clients and freelancers.
When to Open a Dispute
- Work quality doesn't meet agreed standards
- Deliverables are incomplete or missing
- Communication breakdown with no resolution
- Terms of the contract are violated
How to Open a Dispute
- Go to the contract in question
- Click "Open Dispute"
- Describe the issue and upload evidence (screenshots, files, messages)
- Submit for review
Resolution Process
- Both parties are notified and given 48 hours to respond
- Our support team reviews all evidence
- A mediator may facilitate a conversation
- A resolution is issued (full payment, partial, or refund)
Most disputes are resolved within 5β7 business days.
