Disputes are handled professionally to protect both clients and freelancers.

When to Open a Dispute

  • Work quality doesn't meet agreed standards
  • Deliverables are incomplete or missing
  • Communication breakdown with no resolution
  • Terms of the contract are violated

How to Open a Dispute

  1. Go to the contract in question
  2. Click "Open Dispute"
  3. Describe the issue and upload evidence (screenshots, files, messages)
  4. Submit for review

Resolution Process

  1. Both parties are notified and given 48 hours to respond
  2. Our support team reviews all evidence
  3. A mediator may facilitate a conversation
  4. A resolution is issued (full payment, partial, or refund)

Most disputes are resolved within 5–7 business days.
