How It Works
- Client funds escrow — Money is charged but held securely by MonkeysWorks
- Freelancer works — Knowing the payment is guaranteed
- Client approves — After reviewing deliverables
- Payment released — Funds are sent to the freelancer
What Happens if There's a Problem?
If the client and freelancer can't agree:
- Either party can open a dispute
- Our support team reviews the evidence from both sides
- A fair resolution is reached — partial or full payment release
- Escrow funds are never lost — they're held safely until the dispute is resolved
Escrow protects freelancers from non-payment and clients from unsatisfactory work. It's a win-win.
