Understanding AI-Matched Proposals

How AI Matching Works

MonkeysWorks uses artificial intelligence to rank proposals based on how well each freelancer matches your project needs.

Match Score (0–100)

Every proposal you receive includes a Match Score. This score is calculated based on:

• Skill Alignment (40%) — How well the freelancer's skills match your job requirements
• Past Performance (25%) — Completion rate, on-time delivery, and client ratings
• Experience Level (20%) — Years of experience and portfolio quality in similar projects
• Availability (15%) — Whether the freelancer's schedule aligns with your timeline

Using the Score

Proposals are automatically sorted by match score (highest first). A score of:

• 90–100 — Excellent match, highly recommended
• 70–89 — Good match, worth reviewing
• 50–69 — Partial match, may need more evaluation
• Below 50 — Low match, consider other candidates

The AI improves over time by learning from your hiring decisions and feedback.
